Privacy Policy:

  1. Your privacy is important to us. KaraokeTuner does not rent, sell, or share personal information about you with other people or nonaffiliated companies. By visiting KaraokeTuner.com, you accept the practices in this Privacy Notice.
  2. Merchant Service is provided by Paypal® system. Paypal® guaranteed that your credit card number, bank account and other financial information will NEVER be revealed to anyone whom you have paid or who has paid you through PayPal, except with your express permission or if we are required to do so pursuant to a subpoena or other legal process.   3. KaraokeTuner.com authorizes you to use this Site and to display its content but solely for your own noncommercial, personal use. Any other use is strictly prohibited.
  4. You should assume that everything that you see or read on the Site is protected under the copyright laws of the United States and other countries and may not be used except as provided in these Terms and Conditions. KaraokeTuner.com neither represents nor warrants that your use of materials displayed at the Site will not infringe rights of third parties.
  5. While KaraokeTuner.com uses reasonable efforts to include accurate and up to date information in the Site, KaraokeTuner.com makes no warranties or representations as to the Site's accuracy. KaraokeTuner.com disclaims any and all liability for the content of this information, including, but not limited to, the accuracy, completeness, correctness, or currentness of this information. We are not responsible for and do not honor pricing errors.
  6. KaraokeTuner.com offers a 15days limited warranty. This does not include negligence, misuse and abuse of the unit. We charge 15% re-stocking fee for returns of non-defective merchandise and must be returned within 10 days from receipt of the merchandise.
  7. Your use of and browsing in the Site are at your risk. Neither KaraokeTuner.com nor any other party involved in creating, producing, or delivering the Site makes any representations about the suitability of the content of this Site for any purpose, nor that your use of the Site will be uninterrupted or error-free. NO SUCH PARTY SHALL BE LIABLE FOR ANY DIRECT, INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, SPECIAL, INDIRECT, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF YOUR ACCESS TO, OR USE OF, THE SITE. Any unsolicited communication or material that you transmit to the Site by electronic mail or otherwise, including any data, questions, comments, suggestions, or the like is, and will be treated as, non-confidential and non-proprietary. Any unsolicited communication or material that you transmit or post may be used by KaraokeTuner.com or its affiliates for any purpose, including, but not limited to, reproduction, disclosure, transmission, publication, broadcasting, distribution or posting. Furthermore, KaraokeTuner.com is free to use any ideas, concepts, know-how, or techniques contained in any unsolicited communication or material that you send to the Site for any purpose whatsoever including, but not limited to, developing, manufacturing and marketing products using such information.

Images of people or places displayed on the Site are either the property of, or used with permission by KaraokeTuner.com notwithstanding anything to the contrary contained herein, the use of these images by you, or anyone authorized by you, is prohibited unless specially permitted by these Terms and Conditions or specific permission provided elsewhere in the Site. Any unauthorized use of the images may violate copyright laws, trademark laws, the laws of privacy and publicity, and communications regulations and statutes.
  10. The trademarks, logos, and service marks (collectively the "Trademarks") displayed on the Site, are registered and unregistered Trademarks of KaraokeTuner.com and others. Nothing contained on the Site should be construed as granting, by implication, estoppel, or otherwise, any license or right to use any Trademark displayed on the Site without the written permission of KaraokeTuner.com or such third party that may own the Trademarks displayed on the Site. Your misuse of the Trademarks displayed on the Site, or any other content on the Site, except as provided in these Terms and Conditions, is strictly prohibited. You are also advised that KaraokeTuner.com will aggressively enforce its intellectual property rights to the fullest extent of the law, including the seeking of criminal prosecution.
  11. You agree that you will not use any robot, spider, other automatic device, or manual process to monitor or copy our web pages or the content contained herein without our prior expressed written permission. You agree that you will not use any device, software or routine to interfere or attempt to interfere with the proper working of the Site. You agree that you will not take any action that imposes an unreasonable or disproportionately large load on our infrastructure. You agree that you will not copy, reproduce, alter, modify, create derivative works, or publicly display any content from our website without the prior expressed written permission of KaraokeTuner.com or the appropriate third party.

 

Return Policy:

Beyond 14 Days Coverage Period

  • If your purchase is beyond our 14 day coverage period for defective hardware, please contact us. We will assist you in getting in contact with the manufacture for service work. KaraokeTuner is not responsible for the related shipping costs, repair, exchange or refund.

General

All returned merchandise must be in original unaltered condition with all manufacture accessories, manuals and warranties. Missing accessories will result in a reduced credit amount. KaraokeTuner will refuse collect and postage-due shipments. Please allow 7-14 days for your credit to be processed.

  1. Please contact KaraokeTuner.com for a (RMA) Return Authorization number. Any unauthorized return will not be processed, accepted or refunded.
  2. Place the return authorization number clearly on the return label of the shipping carton.
  3. Include a copy of your original invoice.
  4. Include a note explaining the reason for the return and request for a refund or exchange.
  5. All merchandise must be returned in the original manufacturer box that has not been defaced or altered.
  6. Package must be ship in a brown shipping box with sufficient packing materials, the same way you received your package.
  7. We suggest you insure your return shipment to protect against damage or loss. KaraokeTuner is not responsible for damaged returns or items lost in transit.
  8. Shipping charges are non-refundable.

     

    Software

  • Non-defective software. Due to copyright laws, we are unable to provide refunds for any opened/unwrapped software. Within 15 days of your package receiving date, we will accept returns of unopened software for store credit only. 15% handling fee will be accessed for the exchange. Please contact our return department for a return authorization number for the exchange. Customers requesting an exchange will bear all related shipping costs.
    Wrong Format. It is your responsibility to make sure you have the correct player for the disc you purchase.
  • Defective software. We will exchange your defective/opened item for another copy of the same item. Up to $5.00 return shipping costs will be credited if the return is due to a defect in the software. We recommend that you send your return via an insured carrier. We are not responsible for lost returns.
  • Incorrect software. If you receive incorrect software due to our mistake, contact us immediately. Please return the item unopened, we will send you a replacement or issue a full refund. If you paid for Next Day Air, 2nd day or 3 Day select, KaraokeTuner will only refund up to $10.00 of the shipping cost. If you inadvertently opened the incorrect software, please return the item, we will send you the correct software. We will credit up to $5.00 for software return if KaraokeTuner sent you a product in error or if it is defective. You will not be charged any additional shipping and handling fees for replacement shipments. Your replacement will be shipped using the same method you initialed selected.
  • Cracked damage CD Jewel Case. If a CD case arrives cracked or damage, please contact us. Our customer service department will be happy to mail you a replacement case.

 

Hardware

  • Non-Defective Machines, Microphones and Other Hardware We will gladly issue a refund within 14 days of your receipt less handling & shipping fee. Please contact our return department for RA#. Customers will bear all shipping costs for the return of non-defective hardware. If you received free shipping on your order, you will be charged for shipping fee. All non-defective returns of hardware will be charged 15% restocking fee per industry standard. If you received free shipping, we will assess the shipping charges additionally.
  • Exchange/Refund of Defective Hardware. Please examine your package immediately upon receipt. Please send back the defected item within 14 days of receipt, if we determined the problem is due to manufacturer defect, KaraokeTuner will reimburse your shipping cost up to $20. Please contact our technical/return department for Return Authorization number (RMA#) and for technical troubleshooting. We will reship you a new unit once we receive your merchandise. Merchandise initially returned as defective, whose defect cannot be verified, damaged due to human error, or intentional destruction will incur a minimum 15% restock charge as well as any related shipping costs.
  • Exchange (Shipping Method) - All replacement systems are shipped via UPS Ground. However, customers have the option of paying for the difference of an expedited shipping method.

 

Lost, Delayed or Damage Package

  • Damaged Package - If you feel your UPS package was damaged through shipping, please contact us immediately and retain all the original packaging materials. UPS will investigate and pick up the package for insurance claims.
  • Lost/Delayed Package - If you are unable to tracking your UPS package through UPS.com, please contact us immediately. We will initiate a claim with UPS. If you paid for expedited shipping methods through UPS such as 3 Day Select, 2nd Day Air, and Next Day Air, and the package did not arrive on the scheduled date, please contact us. We will file a claim on your behalf with UPS.
